Refund and Returns Policy

At Krishan Swaroop Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is carefully checked and packed before shipping.

Please read our policy carefully

• Products are not eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only in case of size issues or damaged/defective products received.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for any exchange request.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed

Exchange Delivery Charges

• The first exchange delivery will be free of cost (covered by Krishan Swaroop Fashion).

• For any subsequent exchanges, the delivery charges will be borne by the customer

No Cash Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. Only exchange will be provided.

Exchange Shipping

• Customers may need to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back for exchange.
